I was looking through a lot of different photo editing options on this app and was drawn here from the reviews and the work that was posted! This was a purchased photo from a con and I was quite upset because I was unhappy with a few things, and it was an expensive photo and super important moment! All of the edits and changes were perfect! From bringing my hat further down on my head or cleaning up the clutter and noise in the background! Seller was great with communication and got back to me with my edits very very quickly!! Im so freakin happy with my picture I can’t even! Literally worked magic!!! Thank you again 🫶🏻

Wow this product is everything I wanted it to be, my Grandad and Grandma weren't able to be at my wedding due to an illness and unfortunately my Grandad passed away after my wedding. I wanted a photo with all of my family and my grandparents. There were a few changes needed which took a few days but the seller was so helpful and caring with it 😊

I hate to give bad reviews on Etsy shops because I know they are small businesses that rely on reviews. The initial interaction went perfectly well. The shop owner was very nice and easy to talk to. They completed the work in a reasonable time frame. However, the “completed” work was disappointing. They blended in the people okay, but there were multiple areas in the photo that were overlooked and was frankly sloppy editing. I had pointed this out to them, asking to kindly fix the circled areas in the photo. After three messages (with more than enough time in between messages), they still did not confirm if they would fix it, so I had to contact Etsy to get them to talk to me. Then they kept promising that they would have it completed by a certain day, but failed to do so a couple times and I STILL had to follow up with them.

I ordered from this vendor because my previous vendor has not responded. This vendor came through; my final product is great

This was an emotional gift to make for myself and the seller made it easier with his great customer service and assistance.
